What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Service-specific inclusions may vary; for instance, sunset tours come with upscale refreshments and light bites, while business charters provide meeting amenities and tailored catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
It is advisable to make your booking at least 2–3 weeks prior, especially during the high season which spans from May–September. For business gatherings and private events, reserving your spot 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal to ensure availability and to allow for personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is paramount to us. In the event that the captain deems weather conditions to be hazardous, we propose rescheduling to an alternate date or providing a complete refund. Weather forecasts are monitored diligently, and in case of unfavorable predictions, we will reach out to you 24 hours prior to your set sail date.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are more than welcome to supply their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Moreover, our professional catering services are at your disposal, ready to tailor menus to your taste preferences. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Our mission is to be inclusive to all guests. We have a selection of vessels that offer more comprehensive accessibility features than others. We invite you to discuss any special requirements at the time of your reservation, so we can guide you to the most appropriate yacht and arrange any needed facilities.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations occurring 72 hours or earlier before departure, a full refund is issued. Cancellations occurring between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within the 24-hour window prior to departure will not be refundable, except in cases of inclement weather or mechanical malfunctions on our end.
